Looking back at the blog it’s been a bit quiet of late, with the last post way back in November 2022…I don’t think this is a reflection of a lack of community around open research and repositories and the mailing list is still pretty active. Rather everyone is busy…and perhaps blogs are a bit old fashioned?? Maybe we need a podcast instead!
Amongst the initiatives keeping many of our members busy, and that demonstrates the community is indeed in rude health, is the wide range of open research themed conferences and events. Many of these are very well established like Open Research Week in Liverpool, OpenFest in Sheffield and Open and Engaged hosted by the British Library.
